There are negative people, negative experiences and negative events everywhere in this world, in every sector and in every person’s life. Hiding one’s head in the sand or adopting a rosy-pink euphemistic view of the world, as some so-called ‘spiritual’ people do, is not only a useless waste of time, it actually adds to the problem. On the other hand, focusing one’s energy and attention on the negatives of life doesn’t do much good either and often is hugely counterproductive, since what one is doing is feeding the problem not the solution.
